How long will my order take to be mailed out?

Ready stocks order will be mailed out within 1-3 working days after your payment being verified.
Pre-order and backorder will be mailed out around their ETA (estimated time of arrival) which are stated in every product detail.
An email with tracking info will be sent to you once your item has been shipped.
You may also log into "My Account" and click "My Orders" to check your order status.
Please track your parcel with the provided tracking number once it being mailed from us.
Delivery is carried out during working days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays.

Are there any additional cost for re-delivery?

Yes, additional postage fee will be collected for re-delivery if the parcel is bounced back to us.
In the event of unsuccessful delivery due to an unattended recipient address upon arrival of orders, there will be no refund of delivery fees.
We reserve the right to decline the request to combine new order with bounced parcel.
Bounced parcel that are unclaimed after 180 days (half year) will be deemed as Ruth de Grace's property and no compensation will be done as sufficient response time has been given.

What is the shipping cost within Malaysia?

- above RM100 (West Malaysia)

- above RM150 (East Malaysia)

- RM8/West Malaysia
- RM15/East Malaysia

- Example: choosing West Malaysia as your shipping area upon checking out while East Malaysia is the correct shipping area:

you will be asked to pay for the rest amount of shipping fees in order to proceed your order further.

A store voucher equivalent to the extra paid amount (RM7) will be issued to you, valid for 90 days.

We reserves the rights to terminate or alternate any faulty order without prior notice

Do you ship internationally and what is the shipping cost?

We only ship to Singapore at the moment.
Shipping fee is charged based on the amount of item you bought:
1-4 pcs: RM45 (~S$14)
5-8 pcs: RM59 (~S$18)
9-12 pcs: RM75 (~S$23)
12-16 pcs: RM84 (~S$26)
17-21 pcs: RM99 (~S$30)
All shipping fee will be charged in Ringgit Malaysia (RM), the actual currency rate will be depend on your credit card issued bank.

Will I be charged on import duty?

For international order, import duty and custom taxes might be charged when it reaches destination country.
If taxes and/or duties are incurred for your parcel, you will be responsible to cover the fees.
In the event that you refuse to pay such duties and taxes and the order is returned to us, we will require you to pay any costs that we have incurred as a consequence.
