Return can only be done one time per order number, meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.

Refund would only be done as store credit voucher, strictly no cash refund is allowed.

Store credit voucher can only be used once, not applicable with any other further discount.

You are responsible for the shipping cost and custom duty of returned item.

All returned packages should be prepaid parcel (non COD). Any COD parcel will be rejected and returned to your end.
