What is your Pre-order policy?

Pre-order service is available from time to time and only open for a period of time.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
Fulfillment takes 2-6 weeks from the closure date of the pre-order.
No amendment or cancellation is allowed once the order created.
Customer is allowed to return the pre-order item after receival according to our Return and Refund policy.
If pre-order item cannot be obtained due to unforeseen circumstances, notification email will be sent to you and refund will be issued to you either in cash by bank transaction or in term of store credit.

Am i entitled any special discount from pre-order item?

Can i cancel my pre-order in the event of delay in shipping time?

In the event of delay due to unforeseen circumstances, cancellation of the order is strictly not allowed. We apologize for any inconvenient caused.

When will my order be mailed if there is pre-order and ready stock items in my order?

Order consist of pre-order and ready stock item will be mailed out together.
To avoid delaying ready stock shipping time, you are advised to make pre-order an independent order..
