How do I pay for my order?

  • We accept the following modes of payment

- Visa debit/credit cards and MasterCard debit/credit cards

- Internet Bank Transfer / Cash Deposit​

Why did my payment fail and what should I do?

​

  • There're a few possible reasons why your payment was unsuccessful:

- Your connection may have dropped during checkout

- Your card may have been rejected

  • To ensure a smooth checkout experience, please make sure your Internet connection is stable and strong before proceeding to pay.

  • If you're still having trouble placing an order after multiple attempts, please contact us here / via email (cc@ruthdegrace.com) / drop us a private message at our FB / Instagram account, with a screenshot of the error and we'll try to sort it out for you.

Do you accept Internet Bank transfer/ Cash Deposit?

​

  • Yes, we do accept internet bank transfer / Cash Deposit. Please checkout via offline payment method.

  • An order confirmation email will be sent to you once you placed your order. However, your order will only be secured after the payment is made.

  • Please make your payment according to the banking details stated in the email and notify us within 24 hours. 

  • Orders with no payment notification within 24 hours will be cancelled automatically without notice.

  • In the event of payment done after 24 hours and the order was cancelled, cash refund is strictly not allowed but store credit voucher equivalent to the transferred amount will be issued to you.

  • In the event of payment done within 24 hours but the order was cancelled due to out of stock, cash refund is strictly not allowed but store credit voucher equivalent to the transferred amount will be issued to you.

After Bank Transfer done, what should I do, and how?

 

  • Kindly take a clear snapshot of your ATM Fund Transfer receipt (with your order number written on the receipt) or a Internet Banking Transaction screenshot and send to us via email at cc@ruthdegrace.com.

  • Please bank in the correct amount. Any change owed to the customer will be returned in the form of store credit.
